AI Readiness Check
See what an AI answer engine can actually read from your page. Nine checks, about five seconds, and the results appear without asking for anything first.
What it checks
- Whether structured data exists, and whether it parses
- Whether a business identity is declared at all
- Whether your phone and address are machine-readable
- Title and description length against search limits
- Heading structure
- Canonical tag, and whether it points at itself
- Whether any content is shaped as questions and answers
- robots.txt and whether it points to a sitemap
What it cannot check
This reads one page. That is a real limit and we would rather state it than let the report imply otherwise.
- Whether your listings across the web agree with each other
- Whether duplicate profiles are splitting your reviews
- Whether a former partner is still attached to your address
- Which businesses AI names instead of you today
Those need a person looking, which is what the paid assessment covers. This tool is not a smaller version of it — it checks a different thing.
Questions
- Is this really free?
- Yes, and there is no form in front of the results. You enter an address, you get the report. We ask for an email afterwards only if you want a copy — you can ignore it and the results stay on screen.
- What does it not tell me?
- A great deal, and this is the honest part. It reads one page. It cannot see whether your Google Business Profile agrees with your website, whether duplicate listings are splitting your reviews, whether directories are carrying an old address, or which businesses AI tools currently name instead of you. Those need a person to look, which is what the paid assessment is for.
- Will it slow down or affect my site?
- No. It makes one ordinary request for your page, exactly as any search engine crawler would, and reads the HTML that comes back. Nothing is changed, stored, or submitted anywhere.
- I got a lot of red. How bad is it?
- Less alarming than it looks. Most sites fail most of these, because almost nobody has deployed structured data. That is precisely why the businesses that do get cited. A page of red is an opportunity that your competitors also have not taken.
- Can I check my competitor?
- Yes. It only reads public pages, so any address works. Comparing your page with the firm that keeps getting named ahead of you is often the most useful way to run it.
